There is no Windows Phone sync at this time. Head on over to https://community.fitbit.com/t5/App-Features/Official-Windows-Phone-App/idi-p/1991 to add your vote to this feature request.

Try FitTracker from the Windows Phone store.  It's a free 3rd party app that works well.
