My surge will not turn back on the battery was at 50% when I turned off my surge from the watch. I was trying to fix the tracking problem. Now the watch won't turn back on.

If your tracker isn't turning on, you may need to reset/ restart it. Please try following the guide here: http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/How-do-I-restart-my-tracker

@butler97 A warm welcome to the Community! If restarting the Surge doesn't work then contact Customer Support, they will be happy to take a look at your account to see if it has any hardware issue.
P.S. I moved your post to Surge thread.

Hey hey hey, thanks for stopping by @butler97! This happened to me too and I'd like to share with you what I did.
I left it to charge for 30 minutes or so. Then, I restarted my Surge. Notice that I was worried about it, so I did not restart it just once. I was so worried that I restarted it like 3 to 5 times. I had that button pressed for a lot of time! I felt like I was resuscitating my Surge! I hope this helps your Surge, like it did to mine.
Good luck! ![]()
