iOS app using GMT?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
App logs third party app and sleep sleep data using GMT rather than local time. For instance, completed a workout in MyFitnessPal at 9:00 PM EDT and showed up in app as 4:00 PM.

I'm using a Flex with software version 81 and iOS app 2.18 (460).

Hey @flying_nun is nice to see you on the Community! Cat Embarassed Thanks for the information. I recommend to update your Fitbit app to the latest version by tapping on the App Store, then Tap the Updates tab, if a Fitbit update is available, you'll see Fitbit in the list of pending updates and finally, Tap Update. In addition, make sure you are in the same Time Zone, I found this thread where you can find the instructions to do it: "Time Zone".

Let me know how it goes! Smiley Wink
