I lost my fitibit and since the force was recalled I found a realtively cheap Jawbone UP24. My family still uses fitbit and I wanted to import my stats from UP into this fitbit center. Is there a way to do that? Can the accounts sync?
If not, can I please suggest this feature be added for communities to help motivate one another regardless of the hardware they use?
Best AnswerSorry, you cannnot connect or import your Jawbone data and it is unlikely that you ever will. Fitbit wants you to use their trackers, not someone else's. There are some apps that connect to both Jawbone and Fitbit that you might be able to link to import some basic activity, but nothing directly.
Best AnswerYes, you can do that here: https://www.fitbit.com/activities
Log walking and instead of choosing miles, choose steps. Set the start time for 12:00AM and choose 24 hours as the duration. You can click on the date field to choose the day.
Thanks! I thought I had found a way to enter steps once before but was unable to find out where that option was when I went back again.

You could try syncing through syncmetrics.com , I use it to sync my withings blood pressure to fitbit and noticed that it had options of synching between Jawbone and Fitbit. I don't have a Jawbone, so haven't further explored it though.
