issues trying to link Fitbit and MyFitnessPal

I'm having trouble syncing my Fitbit One to MyFitnessPal. It works sporadically but I'd like for it to sync consistently. I've tried turning my phone on and off which works most of the time but closing and reopening the apps does not. Any help would be appreciated!

@KatyC Hey there! I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've done. I would like you to unlink and relink the accounts and see if it syncs properly.
