I believe that I've synchronised the Surge with Strava correctly but there's a discrepancy with information summaries after a ride on 1 June 2017. I paused twice, once where I moved around a large beer garden.
Surge & Fitbit website shows;
55.76km, 2:49:52, 19.7 km/h
Strava shows;
56.40km, 3:00:52, 18.7 km/h
Moderator edit: Clarified subject
It appears that Strava continued to log my movement whilst Surge was paused, is that a logical explanation? Maybe staying still whilst pausing helps accuracy? I'm at a loss so I'd be grateful for any help ..

Hope you’re having an amazing time on the Forums, I’m really glad that you’ve joined us @anthony501. Welcome aboard!
Let me tell you that I was a little surprise about the stats you attached, since when a Fitbit syncs with third party app sends all the information. I'd suggest restarting your Surge and test it again, tracking same activities. I'd appreciate you can let us know if you encounter this type of issues again, I'll be more than glad to further investigate this with your help!
I'll be around!

Dear Yohana,
Thank you for your response and I've rebooted as instructed. I shall retest under similar conditions but due to some immediate commitments, it may take me a few weeks.
