Because My Fitness Pall calls for logging workouts in discrete segments of X minutes walking at x mph, I've been starting workouts in discrete segments -- hit the button when I start walking, then hit it twice to start a new "workout" when I run, then hit it twice again to stop that "workout" and start the longer walk.
But it only shows three workouts a day. Is this all one is allowed?
Does any other tracker allow more?
