Won't charge. Temperature message.

When I place my Versa 3 on the charger, I get a message that the temperature is too cold. Try to warm up Fitbit.  It's summertime in California and the device was on my wrist right before being placed on the charger pins. Hmmm?  I also tried gently cleaning and drying the back of the Versa 3 and the charger.  Same message.  Now the charge is too low to restart.  Anything else I can try?

Hi @Sunshine4me2 - if you have enough charge, sync and do a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu.

 

Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it, it may remove the temperature error message.
