Active zone minutes

My versa 4 has been tracking my active zone minutes without issue, and I averaged well over 200 AZM per week. And then suddenly I am getting 0 azm or 1 or 2 azm, even though I am doing the same exercise. I looked this issue up and saw to reset the device by holding button for 10 seconds, and yes I reset it but issue is still occurring. And yes my device is not loose on my wrist. So I am doing same exercise that gets me over 200 azm/week and now getting 0-2 azm per week. Something is definitely wrong and any help appreciated.

I assume you would have noticed if you were not getting any heart rate readings and were getting the same calorie burn every day.
No heart rate readings would probably also give no AZM.

I am doing the same exercise, pace and distance and thus to go from 30 to 40 azm per day for weeks to 0 to 2 azm per day suddenly makes no sense unless there is a malfunction.

Yes, I got that from your first post.  But my point was that could be explained if somehow you had stopped getting any heart rate readings, which would probably also show up as getting the same calorie burn every day

Hang in there! A fresh sync or reinstall should fix this!
