If Fitbit is expecting us to spend more money just to lose some of the best features then they are going to run into the ground because if they keep on making watches without this ability for 3rd party apps when all of the older models had it then that is just not ok we should get 3rd party app compatibly and if we don’t that Fitbit is scamming us they need to add this.

Hi @Toby20000 - Fitbit specifically removed non Fitbit apps from the watch so it is unlikely they will ever be added even though there are feature suggestions you can vote for. See possible explanation Why there are no 3rd party apps Sense 2/Versa 4 

 

If you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.
