Versa 4 won't sync nor receive notifications

Watch drops out of sync daily, takes 4 attempts to finally sync. I do not to  Dont receive calls/textz to the fitbit

Hi @MoeFaco  you may have an incorrect phone setting. Check there is no battery saving stopping the Fitbit App which will stop syncing and notifications.

Once you manage to sync your Versa 4, you should start receiving notifications. However, if they still won't come through, see Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones

Thanks for your answer.

I've turned off the power save features but no luck.
For some strange reason the watch struggles to auto sync and takes multiple manual attempts from the app to sync correctly.
My “find phone” feature on Versa 4 also does not work.

@MoeFaco- for notifications, pull down the watch face to get top Quick Settings and make sure that neither Sleep nor Do nor disturb are enabled.

Often logout of the app and restarting the phone and watch again helps, making sure you are only using one phone and one watch, if there were / are others it can create problems.

No luck. The watch has not auto sync since 28/1/23 and ive tried everything the Internet has recommended. I will return the watch, very unsatisfied it wont preform find my phone, show recent messages and show weather data.  ☹️

No luck, watch never auto syncs with phone and the watch struggles to manual sync too. It has not sync since 29/1/23 no features like find my phone or weather report work. Despite having wifi and mobile data at all times Unhappy with product will return.
