Perhaps this can be cleared up. I have read that there can be more than one device on my account, according to fit bit.
Have now read that i need to delete the device that is in my fitbit account (Versa 4) so that a second device (Versa 2) can be added.
On my account (Versa 4) it states click on the battery icon then you can add an account.
It all seems to be myths it seems, help me out before I bin Fitbit altogether !

@ken.ledger I'm happy to clarify this for you. Fitbit used to allow multiple devices on your account. Fitbit created a limitation when it introduced the Gallery. You can only have one Gallery enabled device on your account at a time. Fitbit introduced the Gallery with the Charge 3. You can have multiple devices if one of them is an older model. Your Versa 2 and 4 both have a Gallery. This is why you must remove one to add the other.
