When I first got my Versa 4, Alexa had sound.......now it doesn't and I haven't done anything different to it. It responds when I ask it something, but just with writing on the screen, not an audible answer. Matter of fact, the little blue sound icon in the lower left corner has an "X" on it like it's turned off? I went into "quiet" and made sure that Do Not Disturb and whatever else is in there is turned off and I STILL have no sound!
