Any resolution for Versa 4 shutting off?

Has anyone been able to get their Versa 4 fixed after it keeps shutting off? I’ve read the forum and this has been an ongoing issue for months but no one seems to have had any resolution. If under warranty they will send you a new device. If not under warranty they offer a 35% discount for a new device. I’ve only had mine 18 months. I have loved Fitbit for at least a decade but they aren’t even acknowledging this issue. Suggestions before I start researching different brands? I’ve tried restarting, changing the clock face, cleaning. I’m not bothering with a factory reset (as it hasn’t worked for anyone else and I don’t want my info deleted) unless someone actually has had luck with that.
