I recently bought a Fitbit versa 4 as a present and even though it says it is fully compatible with the mentioned iOS version, the app notifications meny appears blank. As a consequence, I cannot get any notifications such as whatsapp, e-mail or even calls. This has to be related with a bug of a recent update because I have seen iphone users that do not encounter this bug in the past.
I have tried everything from hard reset, fresh connection etc etc but wouldnt work. I even tried to change the language but the problem persist.
This is a strong advise for those iOS users that need to know that Fitbit will not work on their devices until this bug is fixed up.
