I’m having the same issue. Very frustrating because my password not recognized and “forgot password”doesn’t send instructions to email. Every time I get close to resolution I asked to “Try Premium” and won’t let me advance unless I accept the “free offer”. Maybe it’s a scam to make you try premium?

Nope, I have been a premium subscriber for 5 years and the Versa 4 is my second Fitbit. Mine stopped tracking my sleep and heart rate on Friday while suddenly adding steps while I was sitting still! It tracked 67000 steps on Friday! I'm upset with the lack of interest Google has for loyal Fitbit users 😞
