App not syncing

The app, once again, is not syncing with the watch.

Ugh tell me about it. It's tracking data on the watch but not the app. I've rebooted both devices and uninstalled / reinstalled Fitbit app. However, when I log into my account through Fitbit.com, I can see *some* of the missing data but still, not all. Super annoying.

I'm having trouble too.  Synching isn't happening for THREE DAYS now no matter what i try to do. Help would be greatly appreciated!

Same, I used the help chat and they said to remove my phone from the sync menu and see if that fixes it, will give it a couple days and see..

I think you have to update the app for it to sync !!! I just updated my app after my watch not syncing for 3 days and it took a while but it synced all the data I was missing!! Hope this helps guys 🙂
