Sleep and Sp02

Well, it looks as if gremlins are to stay. No Sp02 or sleep recorded again. It really is so disappointing. I actually still spend a lot of time in bed recovering from pneumonia in hospital five months ago. I have been a Fitbit user for more than ten years and it doesn’t seem to be improving,!

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Ninjagranny!

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4.
In order to get better sleep tracking results, setting up a sleep goal and a sleep schedule often does the trick. To see how to do that please have a look at 'How do I set or change my sleep goal in the Fitbit app?' and 'How do I set a sleep schedule in the Fitbit app?' following the link below:

How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

To hopefully get things fixed in terms of SpO2 tracking I'd suggest having a closer look at the official SpO2 User Manual as it has a dedicated chapter for troubleshooting on page 9. You can access it here:

Fitbit SpO2 User Manual

I'll keep my fingers crossed.
