App support - live chat agent comments

Prior to buying the versa 4 I contacted the live chat support who confirmed the following on 2 separate occasions (I have transcripts):

 

  • Versa 4 supports strava
  • Versa 4 has an update in progress to support Spotify which is 60% done

I'm confused as the posts here suggest the above is not true. Have I been lied to by the fitbit team? I wouldn't have made the purchase if the above wasn't true.

"Versa 4 has an update in progress to support Spotify which is 60% done" - now contact support again and ask the same questions and see that the answers will be different. This one, I totally don't believe this. Fitbit support proved many times they don't know anything but what's in the script in front of them. If something hasn't been officially announced by Fitbit then it's a fairy tale.
