Apple/Premium Subscription for the Versa 4

I never had to have a subscription with my other Versa Fitbiits...why must I have one with the Versa 4?

Yes…I don’t use any extra aps.

sleep, steps, stairs, calories

 No other health, medical apps

though it’s not expensive ($20/yr) I still don’t like it

i get texts & phone notices neither which I use..

Besides of your Fitbit, you can purchase Fitbit Premium. This is a voluntary purchase, that gives you access to a more information that is recorded by your Fitbit and to enhance your Fitbit experience.  

If you don't want to have it, you can always use the free Fitbit app. 

If you are charged for the use of the Fitbit App ,and that is not a Premium subscription, I suggest you to check the origin of the app that you installed. 

Keep in mind, that Premium is the only subscription offered by Fitbit. 

If you have an Apple subscription active, this might be for other services, provided only by Apple. In that case, please get in touch with Apple to verify the services that you were/ are paying for.

Hi @Calchristi  - it's ok to not have a premium subscription for the basic use of the watch, it will track all the basics without it.

You can cancel it if you have it as it is not necessary for you.
