I was having a problem with sense 2 not running in background on iPhone 13.  Then my Alexa app on the sense 2 wasn’t working.  It would open but couldn’t hear me.  I did just about every restart possible and toggled every on/off feature to no avail.  

then I switched my clock face and all of a sudden everything started working normally.  Very strange.
