 My versa 4 is not recording zone minutes properly and it's not uploading GPS runs to Strava or technogym. I'll go for a run and it'll say zero zone minutes. Heart rate is not being properly measured as well

Hi @Maijuju - if heart rate is not measuring properly, zone minutes will have an issue because correct results are needed.

Just in case it helps restart the watch by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
