My fitbit band retainer broke and I am having a heck of a problem trying to get a ticket open to get it fixed under warranty.

This is a cluster of amazing porportions.  You make it impossible to get help to fix and when you do finally get a ticket the person you are chatting with drops you and you cannot get back to the same ticket.  Thank you for such wonderful service.
