Does anyone know why when you were the silicone band that your Fitbit comes with you get more zone minutes than if you were to wear a stretchy band? That is not a Fitbit brand. I’ve just become curious as to why

As tracking Active Zone Minutes with your Fitbit device is heavily based on heart rate tracking, the tighter and higher on the wrist you wear your device the more accurate tracking will be. More on that can be found here:

Thanks when I wear my stretchy bed, it is right above my wrist bone, and it doesn’t seem too loose.
