Battery life dramatically dropped, incorrect time display

Purchased versa 4 in March 2024, was great until recently. It went from needing to be charged once a week to now needing daily charging. Also noticed today that the time display is about 3 hours slow even after syncing.

Good to see you participating for the first time in the community @Sweetkee

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 4. Sorry to know the difficulty.

Please make sure to follow all the points listed in this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

In order to fix the time and as you may know, Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with so it can update the time throughout the day. Have you checked that your Versa 4 is still linked to your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings? I'd suggest to take a look at: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the time keeps showing incorrect after syncing your Versa 4, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again. To change the time make sure you are following the instructions provided in the help article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
