The main reason I stayed with the Fitbit smart watch instead of moving on to another brand was the Bitmoji Clockface. I got the Versa 4 for Mother's Day and this version does not support the Bitmoji clockface. I'm so disappointed that I am returning the watch and all accessories and getting a refund. I am not sure which fitness tracker I will use going forward but not sure I will stay with Fitbit. First the challenges and bingo are gone and now my favorite and the only clockface I use is gone too.
