My Fitbit app tells me I’m not connected through Bluetooth with my watch. When I go into Bluetooth settings the device is connected. When I press, forget this device, the watch will not show up to repair. I’ve deleted the app, I’ve disconnected the watch from the app and set it up again. If you can think of it I tried it. I also spoke with a live chat from Fitbit and nothing is working. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not connecting to your phone's Bluetooth anymore. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
