Bracelet

Very upset with the Bracelet on the Versa4. I have had it come out of the watch at least 4 times. The last time it sunk to the bottom of Vaseux lake and I have not been able to locate it. An expensive watch with a junk bracelet connection. I wish my loved ones would have spent only on something with a proper design. Fitbit your versa4 is a nice watch but the bracelet connection is garbage.

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
As, what you've mentioned, shouldn't happen if you are using genuine Fitbit bands with your device, I'd suggest contacting the Support team fur further assistance:

It was the bracelet that came with the watch. Very poor design for active people.

Hello Calg, After reading your posts about the Versa4 watch and bracelet. This is only my opinion. I understand that your loved ones made the purchase. It's possible that they had the original band replaced by a bracelet. I'm thinking that they thought it would appear dainty. There are specific clips on the original bands that clip into the watch. I have the Versa4 watch and bands that have been worn for approximately two years. I am extremely happy with the Fitbit Versa4. The Customer Support Team are happy to provide advice/assistance with any queries. I can only say that this is only my experience.

I should have made this post more clear. The installed watch bands were the fit bit bands that come with the watch. It came apart from the watch several times before falling into a lake. I have not been able to recover the watch.

Yes. A diver recovered my watch and now I need to get a better wrist band. The Fit Bit is defective. Do not trust them!!!!
