Brand New Versa 4 black screen

I just unboxed and charged my Versa 4 for the last 2 hours. Tried to sync to my phone & FitBit app but the screen is black. I cannot even pair it, bc I cannot get the 3-digit code yo pair it. I’ve held the button down for 10 seconds several times. Only thing showing on the screen is the Fitbit logo, then it goes black again. Please help, or I need to have a new device sent so I can send this one back.

Hi @capone21  did you get it directly from Fitbit? If so, you have 45 days in which to return it for an exchange or refund. Generally they do not send a new one out until they have received the one you're returning. Check with customer support for your options https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

I just did troubleshooting in Live Chat and have to send it back.  Bummed there’s not an expedited way to do this.  But I am dropping it off to be returned tomorrow.  Thank you for your help!
