Brand new faulty cersa 4 being replaced with a refurb

I received my new versa 4 and from the off it was faulty. Keeps restarting, not pairing etc. I contacted support on the day it arrived, went through the trouble shooting and they offered me a replacement. I told them I wanted a new watch not a refurb as I have previously had with fault fitbits that fail after a year or so. I haven’t even been able to wear the new watch and the refurbs never last longer than 3 months. 

 

today I received an email saying I was getting a refurb! I have paid upwards of £100 for a shoddy refurb. I am fuming.

Hi @Julesy1974  if bought directly from Fitbit, you have a 45 day no questions asked return policy. If beyond that, you'd need to have a replacement, which you can read more about here - click to go there. A refurb is often a device returned for the wrong color and not one that has had issues. Not all refurbs have problems.
