Watch will say I’ve burned X-amount of calories but when I refresh the app it will change to less both on the app and on the watch. Just now it went from 1,285 down to 565 after I refreshed the app. This is after 10,979 steps and a few miles run this morning, so the 1,285 is definitely accurate. Frustrating when you’re actively trying to monitor your calories. Anyone else? (I’ve done all the resets, installs, updates, etc.)

Mine is also doing this and I’m finding it absolutely infuriating. I spoke to a customer service representative and he said to update the app and come back in a few hours. I did this and it’s still having the same issue, and now the customer service chat isn’t working.
please let me know if you find a fix!!

I am also having this issue. It erased over 800 calories today alone. I hope they get this bug fixed.

I'm having the same issue. They have sent me 2 different replacements and both of them were defective also. Now I'm asking for a refund and they said it's been over 45 days so I don't qualify for a refund. I am FURIOUS!! This whole situation has been ridiculous!! I had to mail back my replacement before they would "send out another replacement" and now they have merged with Google and neither Google or Fitbit can help me with getting a replacement sent out. So now I have NO DEVICE and they will not give me a refund.

I have noticed that if I go back in and add an exercise equivalent with the calorie count close to what I lost, within about ten minutes it corrects itself. Then I just go back and delete the exercise to get back to my accurate daily count. It is super frustrating and a lot of unnecessary steps.
