Just purchased a new versa 4, I've been a Fitbit customer from the beginning. Since Fitbit and Google joined forces the product has been worse and worse. Now you can't even control the music from your device. The support tells you that the reason is new technology issues... Let me tell you something, less applications, less features, app less and less attractive, almost anything to choose to install on your device is not update the technology it's make something that was really great become a almost unuseful gadget. Getting annoyed by the moment... I'm thinking about returning it.

Does Fitbit company hear about the customers complaints? If you ask me... They don't take us into account 😡😡😡😡

Hi @DYngbld - the Pixel only runs with an Android phone and doesn't have anything like the battery life of the Fitbit so isn't even comparable.

Other brands have even longer battery and are gradually becoming more competitive, still supporting features no longer or not available on Google Fitbit. Why Google is removing so many features is rather a mystery.

It has been the biggest complaint.  I only feature I want other than the basic stuff it already does, was Spotify control.   I was bummed it didn't my wife's old on had that option,  Hard to believe newer equipment does less.   I guess google wants to drop the fitbit line, in favor of the pixal, so making it suck helps.  I like battery life of the fitbit, I can go nearly a week without needing a charge, I doubt I could do that if it had all the other apps and stuff.
