The last couple of weeks my Fitbit versa 4 is obviously messed up in terms of calories burnt calculation . For example just now I burnt 1000 calories working out . My Total calories burnt showed up as 2450 for the day so far. After syncing to my Fitbit app while still sitting down my calories burnt (total for the day ) on my watch went down to 1900 ! Surely I didn’t “Un-burn “ all these calories …. Also other days am sitting down at the end of the day and my watch will show total calories burned about 3100 and then suddenly next time I check half hour later or max an hour later while still on the couch not moving , it shows 4000 calories total for the day . That makes no sense and I am starting to think that this fitness watch after so many years of using Fitbit trackers is actually useless and they just don’t make them well any more . Super unreliable

Hi @Karodiva - go to the device/account page in the Fitbit App and make sure only your watch is connected to your account.
Also try restarting the watch, logging out of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and restarting the phone.
See also Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Good syncing is important.
The app also may have a bug and can show calories burnt based on time rather than what the watch measures.
