Can I use a personal photo on my Versa 4 clock face?

The clockface 'Photograph' by Google/Fitbit is not compatible with the Versa 4 (however it is available for versa 2 and 3). Third party apps can no longer be downloaded (in the EU) so how can I change my clockface to a personal photo again?

As a first approach, please bear in mind that third party apps cannot be installed on Versa 4 or Sense 2 as on other Fitbit devices. I understand why this might be helpful. Even though we truly appreciate that you've taken the time to come here and share your thoughts about this, please note at this time there are no plans to implement this feature on Versa 4.

Hii, thanks for replying. However, I already knew that third party apps are no longer avaliable. There actually is a clockface by fitbit (so no yhird party) that is available for 6 fitbit devices, including the versa 2 and 3, but not versa 4. 

 

 Are there any plans to also make this clockface available for the versa 4. I would love to keep my current watch, but I have a hard time accepting that this feature is only available on previous models.

@Hester246 Thanks for getting back and for the image attached. Please note there's no plan to make that clock face available for Versa 4. I understand how much you would like to have it, but I'm afraid it is not possible. Did you check the post I've shared with you?

Is there a place where we as users can file a request to make this clockface available? Because now there is no way to use a personal photo als clockface, and that is one of the reasons why I bought the watch in the first place.

I did check out the link in your previous reply, but it refers to a site that is unavailable. If I follow what your trying to refer to, I see that the Pix clockface is by Gondwana Software. This is also a third party, right? The clockface 'pix' cannot be found in the clockface library of the versa 4, so unfortunately that wasn't of any help.

There is a free face where you can upload up to nine photos in the new gallery. There are also several paid ones, but they do have two free ones that you can use for multiple pictures.

For Versa 4, there is not. Third party apps (so any paid one) are no longer available in Europe. The free one with nine photos; I am highly curious as to which one that is. Can you link it?
