6 months ago I bought a Versa 4 & it's been stuck on the default tiles. The only changes I can make are to my watch face. I've tried restarting both my phone and Fitbit as well as the tip to turn off Bluetooth on my phone, force quit the app (I'm an android user), reopen the app, turn Bluetooth back on, sync. I've also uninstalled the app & hard reset my Versa multiple times. Nothing has worked to add or rearrange tiles on my Versa 4.

Having the same issue it was working fine until I tried to add the Google Maps then all the sudden it deleted all my tiles and now no apps are installing
