Versa 4 - Transfer device from iPad to Phone

I want to change my versa 4 from my wife’s iPad to my new phone and google account

I'm not quite sure about some things on your request. 

Who is going to use the Versa 4 afterwards, you or your wife?
If your wife is still going to be using the Versa 4, she just needs to install the Fitbit App in the new phone. 
Remove the connection between Versa 4 and iPad from the Bluetooth settings in the iPad. (for better results, also delete the Fitbit App from the iPad)
Log in the Fitbit app  on the phone and try to sync the Versa 4 with it or pair it again with the account. 

If it's you that is going to use the Versa 4 then do as follows. 
Erase the Versa 4. Instructions can be found here: How do I erase my Fitbit device?
Then just setup the Versa 4 as a new device on your phone's Fitbit app and your account. How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Update the watch as soon as the updates appear as a banner in the Fitbit app.

Thanks for your reply. I did manage to get it transferred to my iPhone
under a new account name. However doing it this way it didn’t transfer the
data with it. Any advice as to what I should do?

@Rtboat , Thank you for your message. 
When setting up the Versa 4 to another account, it deletes the data in it, to avoid confusions and sharing unwanted data to another user. 

Meaning, now that the Versa 4 is paired with another account, the data that was not saved to the old account cannot be retrieved.
