Can't add Pandora or Bluetooth earbuds

Why would Fitbit create a Versa version that goes backwards in technology.  If I wanted my SmartWatch to work like this, I could have gotten a Galaxy Watch.  The reason I upgraded my Versa from 2 to 4 instead of going to Galaxy was because I could add Pandora and my earbuds and enjoy music on my walks or while cutting the grass without needing to carry my phone. I am beyond disappointed and hope they get their act together soon and correct this.  Why take it off the options at all????

That is a question for the Fitbit product managers and what their motivation was to release the V4 without those features. Everything else we may state is opinion, not necessarily fact. Hopefully the product managers hear the voices in the forum and get the developers to add the missing features back. Having a roadmap for the missing features would be most helpful as well so we know when to expect them.

Absolutely ridiculous. No music apps at all. What a waste of money this was.

Agreed! I used my Pandora all the time with my Versa 3. The “upgrade” doesn’t have this? NOT AN UPGRADE. Wish I would’ve just had my cracked screen fixed.

I don't think there are any product managers or developers working on the Versa 4/Sense 2 anymore. Probably the roadmap included shipping the watch with Google Maps and Google Wallet, and that's all. Bug fixing and whatever, then let the (tiny) userbase of those two models die, because the return rate figures must be quite impressive. I'm wondering what would they do with all those watches, maybe bury them in the desert like it happened with all those ET videogame copies 😂

I was very excited about this watch until I just discovered this myself today.  I consider this one of the main functions and reasons of using a fitbit watch.  The only reason I lug around my phone on runs or to the gym is for music.  My phone is not only inconvenience to carry but a distraction from my workouts as well..  It makes no sense to me why they would remove such a crucial function to an "upgrade".  If fitbit has no plans of adding this feature then I will be looking for a new watch unfortunately.
