Versa 4 Temperature not reading

Got the versa 4 for Christmas and was very excited about the temperature feature as it helps track menstrual health. I’ve been wearing it every night since Christmas (so coming on ten nights) and yet it still hasn’t established a baseline which it says it should do after wearing it for three nights. I always keep the app open and sync it regularly but nothing has changed in that department. Any tips?

There seems to be a software issue concerning tracking of baseline temperature. The thermal sensor of the Versa 4 seems to be working otherwise.

So is there something I need to do to get it back up and running? This was one of the features I was most excited about and am upset that I’m not able to use it.

I would like to know this as well.  Is there a way to report when features don’t work ?

I have this same issue. 15 nights it’s been worn, still says “No Baseline Yet. Wear your device for 3 nights.” Would love to know if Fitbit has acknowledged this bug and is fixing it, or if it’s my device.
