Can't disable auto detect activity

This fitbit is driving me mad. I've had it a year and never been able to turn off auto detect activity. I have them all set to ignore. As soon as I move it says I'm walking. If I'm walking it says I'm running. Being intimate with my wife it says I'm spinning. It's constantly vibrating that I'm doing something I'm not. How do I stop this please?

@Danya1981   You changed the settings for the SmartTrack activities.  The Versa 4 has a feature that Auto starts the Exercise app for six exercises: walk, run, bike, elliptical, rowing, and spinning.  You must turn off each one in their respective shortcut in the Exercise app.  For example:

  • Short press the button and open the Exercise app
  • Select Spinning
  • Swipe up on the tiny "^' at the bottom of the screen
  • Look for Auto Start and toggle it off

You must do this for each shortcut to turn them all off.
