My Versa 4 won’t download the Sp02 app or clock front, it either gets stuck in the loading page or just resets back to download button.

I have premium and I’m in the U.K. can anyone offer any advice please?

Hi there, @CharCap. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that the SpO2 clock face won't load on your Versa 4. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, please make sure you've tried installing the SpO2 clock face by following the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon > your device.
  2. Tap GalleryClocks tab.
  3. Search for “SpO2”.
  4. Tap the clock face you want to install > Install. Follow the on-screen instructions to grant the required permissions and install the clock face.

If the issue persists, please try logging out of the Fitbit app and logging back in. Also, restart your Versa 4 by following these steps and then, try again to install the SpO2 clock face.

Hi,

I have already tried all of the above but the clock face just has the loading red bar continuously moving but never loading and the app just won’t even move in the loading stage.

as mentioned I’m in the UK and have a Versa 4 so this should be compatible, I’m thinking I have a broken watch and it will need to be returned if you can’t provide me with a working solution.

Many thanks

@CharCap Thanks for getting back and confirming that you've tried those steps already.

Before considering other options, please try the following:

  1. Make sure mobile app and Firmware version are up-to-date.
  2. Restart your Versa 4 one more time.
  3. Switch to another clock than the one you want to switch to using the clocks app. Once syncs complete, it should get past the switching state.
  4. Restart the Fitbit mobile app: Force close Fitbit app & relaunch the app.
  5. Restart Bluetooth
  6. Trigger a regular sync.
