Can't set up Versa 4 with Pixel 7

I'm trying to setup Versa-4 with my daughter's Pixel7. She has the device setup with a managed-google-account. The fitbit app is telling me that it's not supported? What's the correct way to setup?

Is daughter under 13?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi there, @f1tusr. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties setting up your daughter's Versa 4. I understand your concern, we're here to help you! 

I was wondering the same thing as @JohnnyRow. Is your daughter under 13? If she is, that would be the reason why you cannot set up the Versa 4. Your daughter must be 13 or older to use a Versa 4.

If she is older than 13, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.
