I have charged my Versa 4. I can’t get rid of this screen to see time or anything else
please help.

I appreciate your message and the image sent, and I'm sorry to hear you can't get rid of the screen to see time or anything else on your Versa 4.
Could you please try the following steps ?
Synchronize your Versa 4 : Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Restart your Versa 4 : Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

Change the clock face : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I can speak from experience having had one versa that went to the red x and had to become a warranty claim.. then the replacement they finally sent me did exactly what you’re describing. I spent hours on the phone before I finally convinced someone to give me a refund. Maybe you’ll have better luck, though I won’t expect that you’ll find much of it here, at least not from the staff
