Press watch button, Fitbit logo shows. Press English. To get started shows. I can’t get past this on the watch. At one point I also had the circle with the check mark that said connected. I also have an activation date on the watch but no clock or anything else other than stated above. I already have watch set up on my iPhone. I’m hoping it might be the smallest thing that I’m missing. Thanks for your help.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps provided here Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Also, make sure that your Versa 4 is up-to-date.

I’m have the same issue with my Versa 4. I’ve done all of the trouble shooting three times. Can’t get the iPhone 15 (iOS 18.3.2) phone to see the watch or the watch to progress past the “download the app” screen. It reverts to the language screen and locks. Help, please.
