I have been trying to reinstate notification on my Versa 4, I did a factory reset after being unable to switch off do not disturb and sleep mode, however, still no notifications are coming through. Before the factory reset, I had a list of apps in the Versa 4 apps list that I could switch on for notifications, but this list has now gone. I have tried so many things that I found on the internet to get them to switch on and as far as I can see everything is in place. I have an Apple iPhone and IOS is up to date. Can anyone help me?

Hi there, @Nightingale1961. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot set up your notifications on your Versa 4 after the factory reset. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note that since you're setting up notifications again (as the factory reset requires you to install and set up everything again), you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as an option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send you a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.
