Can't setup Instagram notifications on my Versa 4

Am I able to receive instagram notifications (like messages from friends) on my Fitbit versa 4? I don’t know if it’s because I have a iPhone 14 and not a android, but I can’t figure out how to get instagram notifications if it even can receive them at all.

Do I need to keep the Fitbit app open in the background in order to get notifications on my Fitbit Versa 4, such as texts or app notifications? I don’t know if it makes a difference but I have a iPhone 14 not a android.

Hi there, @BravaG. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 4.

You can receive Instagram notifications on your Versa 4 if you have an iOS device. With that being said, I was wondering if your Versa 4 is fairly new and you are also setting up notifications just now? If this describes your issue, please note you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a Instagram message, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that Instagram is already an option to be selected.

Regarding your second question, please see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
