Can't setup Slack notifications on my Versa 4

Slack is not showing up as an available app for Notifications for my new Versa 4. Had the same issue with a Versa 3 two years ago. Tried the same solution used then, i.e. quit the Slack app on desktop, refresh Versa app, and then restart Slack, but that did not work. Any other suggestions?

Hi @wilsoneddy - this can be a problem with an iPhone. For the app to be listed in the Fitbit App, Notifications, App notifications section there has to be an outstanding notification on the phone status bar and for that to happen the app needs also to be configured so that it does.

It is important to check your phone settings - see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Thanks for the info. Not sure if it was something I did or not, but the Slack app is now available for notifications.
