Can't sync watch with iphone!

I tried for several hours today to synch my watch with my cellphone after trying to set up a google account. No matter what I tried, even using pilot on my computer, I cannot get it to synch. I am so done with fitbit and this google mess. I will be buying another watch.

Let me help you with the synchronization of your Versa 4. I appreciate the troubleshooting you have already tried.

While the setup of your Google account and the syncing issues may have happened at the same time, i believe they are not related.

I understand how you may feel. However, i suggest that you may give these steps a chance prior to considering further decisions.

Hi David 

I too have a new Versa 4 and it will not pair with my I phone 

I have tried all the suggestions in the fit bit help section and nothing is working 

Restarting my new Versa 4 also takes at least 20 seconds of holdi ng down the button 

is there something wrong with the Versa 4 I have ?

I'm pretty sure the Versa 4 doesn't like iPhone at all.... I returned mine. The Versa 2 at least allowed me to use Spotify... the 4, nope. SmH.

I just verified with Google search,  take it for what it is, but it told me that versa 4 is not able to work with the Apple operating system. So no text messages, etc. Hope that helps!
