Can't turn off DND nor sleep mode on my Versa 4

For the past several days, when I charge my Versa 4, it goes into sleep and DND mode. I am unable to get it out of it. I have to reset the watch and reinstall it on my phone.

My app is up to date. It happens when I am charging the Fitbit.
