I’m watch is blocked, just showing me connected and isn’t connected with my phone. Can I have an explanation please.

Hi there, @Jehsna. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 4 is not syncing and is locked. I understand where your concern is coming from. We'll do our best to help you with this.
As a first approach and in order to solve the syncing/connectivity issues, please follow @Guy_'s advice. Also, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Regarding unlocking your Versa 4, please note that if you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device with your paired phone.
To unlock your device with your phone:
Note that after you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Fitbit Pay or Google Pay as if you were setting it up for the first time.
