Versa 4 is not showing my clock face

Clock is not showing now. How do I add a clock

Hi @Brfox - just to make sure the watch is working, press the button to get the display and pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons.

If this doesn't work charge the watch.

To add new clock faces go to the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App.

Support Team after posting here and they are still assisting you. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
